  • Monday: Malaika starts her week with yoga. She does a stretching yoga asana in which she holds her leg with her hand and pulls it backwards. This increases flexibility in the body and also gives glow to the skin.
  • Tuesday: Running on the treadmill, which strengthens the heart, burns calories and helps in losing weight.
  • Wednesday: Malaika does yoga again, but this time she focuses on her arms and upper body. Doing twisty yoga asanas strengthens her muscles.
  • Thursday: She exercises with dumbbells in the gym. This tones her muscles and helps in keeping her body in shape.
  • Friday: Malaika does face yoga, which keeps her face always young and fresh. This yoga tones the muscles of her face and also keeps the skin healthy.
  • Saturday: Malaika hits the gym again and does exercises like cable workout and plank, which strengthen her core muscles.
