A heartbreaking news has come from Jhansi. People were shocked by the incident that took place in Talaiya Mohalla of Premnagar’s old police station on Saturday night. An auto driver killed his wife and four-year-old son who had come to celebrate his nephew’s birthday at her parents’ house and then committed suicide.
After killing the son, the auto driver hung his body from the fan’s hook with the help of a cloth. Police say that the auto driver was addicted to alcohol. Even today he reached his in-laws’ house in an inebriated state. At that time there was no one in the house except the mother and son. There was a fight between the husband and wife and after that he killed both of them and hanged himself in the kitchen.
Nilesh Sahu (40), a resident of Pathoria Mohalla of City Kotwali, was married to Priyanka (35), a resident of Talaiya Mohalla, eight years ago. The family had a four-year-old son Himanshu. Nilesh used to drive an auto. May 29 was the first birthday of Priyanka’s nephew Priyanshu.
Priyanka came to her maternal home on 28 May with her son Himanshu to celebrate her birthday. Since then she was staying here. SSP Rajesh S said that according to the information received after questioning the family members, Priyanka’s mother Kamlesh had gone to the nearby locality Ballampur on Saturday evening while brother Monu went to Babina to meet his younger sister.
