Violence in Manipur is not taking the name of stopping. In the wake of the violence, curfew has been imposed in several districts. The government has put the army on the front to restore peace. On Saturday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah convened an all-party meeting at Delhi Parliament House, which was attended by leaders of various political parties, including BJP, AAP, Congress, Trinamool Congress and Left parties. Samajwadi Party’s national general secretary and MP Ram Gopal Yadav attacked the central government regarding the meeting.

In the all-party meeting, SP MP Ram Gopal Yadav said that ‘the situation in Manipur is worst for the last 50 days. Women, children all have to bear the brunt of this. According to Union Home Minister Amit Shah, the situation has improved but houses are still burning and roads are blocked. I have demanded in the meeting that President’s rule should be imposed in Manipur. Peace should be restored once again in the state as soon as possible.

SP MP Ram Gopal Yadav said that he attacked the central government regarding Manipur violence. He demanded that President’s rule be imposed there.
