The artisan who made marmalade told that the name of this marmalade is Petha marmalade. Which is made only and only in the whole district and about 40-50 kg marmalade is sold daily. And it is sold at the rate of Rs 140 per kg. Along with Godda, the people passing through this road also pack it in large quantities and carry it.
How marmalade is made
To make marmalade, Kadima is first peeled and its upper part peel is removed. After this it is divided into four pieces. And then the inner pulp is also removed. After this, it is grinded by putting in this machine. After this it is put in the selected water. After some time it is taken out and then it is cleaned properly. After this it is boiled by adding alum in hot water. So that his bitterness can go away. After this it is cleaned again and then put in this juice.
