The water level of Yamuna in Mathura has reached below the danger mark. Yamuna is flowing at the mark of 165.89 meters at Prayagghat on Sunday evening. This level of Yamuna is 11 cm below the danger mark. Even after this, the danger of flood is not over yet. In the midst of this danger, the news of the death of a four-month-old child in the flood relief center surprised everyone. There is chaos in the family due to the death of the child.

About a week ago, due to the increase in the water level of Yamuna, the colonies situated in the Khadar of Yamuna were submerged. Residents of these colonies reached flood relief camps and other safe places set up by the administration to avoid the havoc of flood. Now the water level of the Yamuna may have come down, but the colonies of Khadar are still in the grip of floods and the residents are still forced to live in flood relief camps.

One such victim, Dheeraj, a resident of Mohini Nagar Panighat, along with his wife Sanju and two-year-old daughter and four-month-old son, was living in the flood relief camp at Hazarimal Somani Municipal Corporation Inter College. On Saturday, when a four-month-old child suddenly had diarrhoea, the relatives got him treated by the Health Department team present in the camp itself.

On Sunday, when the health of the child worsened, the Health Department team referred him to the District Joint Hospital and from there to Agra. The family reached Agra with that innocent, but the innocent died before reaching the hospital. On the other hand, due to the extinguishing of the lamp of the family, there was chaos among the family members and the mother was in bad condition by crying.
