How is it prepared?
Talking about the method of preparation, first of all gram flour is brought from the market and mixed well with water. After mixing it well for about half an hour, it is placed in the machine and put in hot oil. After putting it in oil it is cooked for 30-45 minutes. When the Lakhtha is cooked well, it is taken out. After this, the jaggery is cooked well in a pan on fire, until it takes the form of molasses.

After this, Laktha is added to this molasses and mixed well. When the Laktha absorbs the molasses completely and solidifies well, then it is taken out and dried. Finally, white sesame seeds are sprinkled on it, which further enhances its taste. Manoj Laktha seller says that his Laktha is delicious and also does not spoil for a long time. This is the reason why it is in high demand in the market. Due to jaggery and sesame, it is also beneficial in winter.
