The Sadan complex has a seating capacity of about 300 people. Earlier, the meeting of the North and South Corporations was held in this house premises, then the number of ward councilors of these two corporations was 104-104, but now the ward councilors of the whole of Delhi will be present in the house together.
Supporters of councilors will not be able to go to the house premises
Usually, their supporters also come along in the swearing-in ceremony of the corporators. He goes to the house and participates in the ceremony, but this time the supporters will not get a chance to go to the house premises. They will be seated in the corridor of the upper floor. There will be arrangements for the media to sit not in the House but in the corridor itself. LCDs will be installed in the corridors to watch the proceedings of the House.
250 councilors and MCD officers will go to the house
In the MCD House, arrangements will be made for the commissioner, corporation secretary and 250 corporation councillors, directors of about 18 departments, deputy directors and other officers to sit on the dais. After the election, the mayor will also sit on the dais.
Presiding Officer to be named
The name of the presiding officer for the Mayor, Deputy Mayor election is yet to come from the LG office. Corporation Secretary Bhagwan Singh said that information about the name of the presiding officer is expected soon.

Preparations for the Mayor and Deputy Mayor elections have been completed. On Monday, under the supervision of MCD Commissioner Gyanesh Bharti, Corporation Secretary Bhagwan Singh ensured the seating arrangements for the councilors in the House premises located on the fourth floor in A Block of the Civic Centre. A ballot box was also installed in front of the House Speaker for voting in the bell area.
