Ingredients for Suji Medu Vada
Semolina โ€“ one and a half cup
Cumin โ€“ 1 tsp
Chopped curry leaves โ€“ 1 tbsp
Green coriander leaves โ€“ 2 tbsp
Black peppercorns โ€“ 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice โ€“ 2 tbsp
Green chili chopped โ€“ 2-3
oil โ€“ as needed
Water โ€“ 2 cups
salt โ€“ as per taste

How to make Suji Medu Vada
If you feel hungry during the day and want to cook something quickly, then you can try the recipe of Suji Medu Vada. To make this, first of all add 2 cups of water, 1 teaspoon of oil and half a teaspoon of salt in a pan and mix. Now boil the water by keeping the gas on medium flame. When the water starts boiling, add semolina to it and mix it well with the help of a big spoon. Now cook the semolina until it absorbs the water completely.

When the semolina is cooked, put it in a big mixing bowl and add black pepper powder, cumin, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies and lemon juice and mix them all well. After this apply some oil in your hand and make them smooth. After this, take a little semolina mixture and roll it and flatten it. After this make a hole in the middle of it. Similarly, prepare Suji Medu Vada from all the mixture.
