Meerut Coronavirus Update: After about three months, once again a patient infected with Coronavirus has been found in Meerut district of Uttar Pradesh. The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of the district confirmed this. CMO Dr. Akhilesh Mohan told on Tuesday night that in the test report of 652 samples, one person has been found corona infected. According to the CMO, the sample has been sent to King George’s Medical University in Lucknow for genome sequencing. The CMO says that other family members of the infected person will also be tested for corona.

According to Dr. Akhilesh Mohan, at present the condition of the corona patient is out of danger and the patient is being treated at his home. Earlier, on December 8 last year, a corona patient was found in Meerut, who was sent home from the hospital after recovering on December 13.
