Open AI’s Chat GPT has created a stir in the Artificial Intelligence industry. This chatbot alone has achieved 60% of the traffic in the AI industry. Between September 2022 and August 2023, the top 50 AI apps have crossed the figure of 24 billion visits, of which Chat GPT alone has a 60% share. Chat GPT has achieved 14 billion visits between September 2022 and August 2023 and has become the top AI app in the industry. The report said that they studied more than 3,000 AI tools by scraping data from various places listing AI tools using SEMrush, a well-known tool in the SEO industry. From these, they selected the top 50 most viewed tools, which represent more than 80 percent of AI industry traffic during the study period. This means that the traffic of these top 50 apps is more in the AI industry. The report said that the AI industry received on an average 2 billion visits every month last year and in the last 6 months of the study, the figure had reached 3.3 billion visits a month.
Open’s Chat GPT and Google’s Bard have huge traffic
It has been said in the report that in the last 6 months, the traffic of Open AI’s Chat GPT is 1.8 billion, Character AI is 463.4 million and Google’s Bard has 68 million traffic.

Writer Buddy.AI reports that ‘AI chatbot’ tools are the most popular and have recorded 19.1 billion visits. That means people all over the world are using AI chatbots tools more than others. Additionally, the report also states that 63% of users using AI tools access these tools from mobile.
Gender data has also been highlighted in the report and it has been said that boys are using more AI tools than girls. About 69.5% boys are running AI tools worldwide while the percentage of women is only 30.5%.
