  • On the day of Aries Sankranti, offer a little raw milk of cow on the root of Bilva Patra tree and pluck 21 Bilva leaves from the same tree. Now keep it in a copper or silver pot. Add cow’s milk and some black sesame seeds to it. Go to the Shiva temple and offer these ingredients to the Shivling. This gets rid of Pitra Dosh.
  • On this day, mix black sesame, barley and red flowers in a copper pot and offer water to the ancestors and apologize to them while facing south. This gives the blessings of the ancestors and removes all the obstacles in any work.
