3 cups Chickpeas, soaked overnight for 8 hours

chopped green chili 2

Chili powder 2 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Tomato chopped 4

Chole Methi Recipe
First of all, soaked chickpeas should be cooked in a pressure cooker for 7 to 8 whistles. Cook it and keep it aside. Now take a pan and put ghee in it. After this, add cumin, bay leaf, garlic, ginger, green chillies and chopped onions. Add salt, turmeric powder and tomatoes to it and mix it and cook on medium heat for some time.
