You can get information about this by going to your nearest metro station within 48 hours from the customer care center present there. For this, you will have to show your original photo ID and submit its photo copy in the office.

How to get lost items back?
If you go to your nearest metro station and talk to the customer care officer within 48 hours, you can get the lost item from the customer care department. But if you don’t go for 48 hours. Then the goods are deposited in the Last and Found Department of DMRC.

After this you have to go to the Loss and Found Department of DMRC which is located at Kashmere Gate Metro Station in Delhi. You can go here anytime from Monday to Saturday from 8 AM to 8 PM to inquire about your goods.
