How to make millet bread
Bajra roti is tasty and nutritious. It is a little difficult to make, because millet flour is not as flexible as wheat. To make this, put millet flour in a big vessel, then knead the dough by slowly adding hot water. Then make the dough soft and slightly hard. Bajra flour may become sticky when wet, so add water slowly. Make a medium sized ball (round ball) from the dough, now make the ball round and smooth with your hands. After this, sprinkle some dry millet flour on the rolling pin and rolling pin. Start rolling the dough gently. After rolling the roti, put it on the pan and cook it on low flame. When one side becomes light brown, turn it and then cook the other side also. Now fry the roti directly on the gas flame. After this apply ghee and serve hot.
