Police Uniform
Fake Police, you have bought the real Must have seen both in life and films. But can a person really buy a police uniform legally or get it made for himself? When we searched for information about this, we did not find any such rule which states that you cannot buy a uniform that looks like a police uniform.
You cannot buy a dress that looks like a police uniform in today’s time. Can buy online or from market. Often theater people or people working in films use it. However, you cannot fool anyone by wearing this uniform, nor can you cheat by using it. If you do this then due action can be taken against you in view of the crime.
Rules related to uniform
As we mentioned above that you are a police officer. The uniform can be used in theater or films. But, if you use it for wrong purposes then you may be punished for it. In fact, if any person with wrong intentions wears the uniform of Army, Air Force, BSF, Navy, Police or any other public servant or wears their symbol or badge, then action is taken against him under IPC sections 140 and 171. >If found guilty under this section, the culprit can be punished with a minimum jail term of three months or a maximum fine of Rs 500 or both. Mithilesh Manjhi has also lied to the police about his uniform. In such a situation, if he is caught, then not only will a case be registered against him under these sections, along with this, a case will also be registered for possessing illegal weapons and misleading the police.
