Urad Dal (peeled) – 1 bowl
Chana Dal – 1 bowl
Moong Dal – 1 bowl
Arhar (tur) dal – 1 bowl
Rice – 1 bowl
Wheat flour – 2 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Green chili – 2-3
oil – as needed

Mix Dal Dosa Recipe
To make Mix Dal Dosa, first wash Urad Dal, Chana Dal, Moong Dal, Rice and Arhar Dal thoroughly and soak them in water for 5-6 hours. After the fixed time, take out the lentils and rice from the water and wash them thoroughly with clean water once or twice. After this, grind the lentils and rice coarsely with the help of a mixer or colander. Take out the prepared paste in a big utensil and keep it aside. Cover it and keep it in a warm place until the yeast rises in the batter.

After the yeast rises in the paste, add wheat flour, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt to taste and mix well. Finely chop its green chillies and mix. Now heat a nonstick pan on medium heat.
