Know how this method will work
1. First of all go to your calls section. Click on Supplementary Service here. It is important to note here that this option can have different names.
2. After this, you will see the call waiting option here. The call waiting option is already enabled in many smartphones. In such a case, disable the call waiting option.
3. After this, go to the call forwarding option given there. If you click on the call forwarding option here, you will get two options. First voice calls and second video calls. In this, click on the voice calls option.
4. After this, you will see four options here. Out of these, go to the option of Forward When Busy. As soon as you click on the option of Forward When Busy, you have to enter the number to which the call will be forwarded. Here, keep in mind that the number you are entering should be already closed.
5. After this, click on the enable option given below. After this, whenever you get a call, your number will show as switched off and you can finish your work comfortably. However, do not forget to turn off this setting later, so that you never miss an important call.
