In Kamboh Dakshini Mohalla of Marhara town of Etah, a baby monkey got stuck in the rope of a cot. A group of monkeys kept gathering there and people could not go near it. Due to this, it remained stuck for four days. On Sunday, Gau Raksha Vahini carried out a planned rescue operation and drove away the monkeys and took out the baby.
On 29th August, while playing on the cot on the roof, the baby monkey got badly entangled in its ropes. After this, dozens of monkeys gathered there. No one was able to muster the courage to go to the spot and take out the baby monkey. Three days passed one by one. On the fourth day, Sunday, when the information was received by the Gau Raksha Vahini, the team members reached the spot.
The team members first chased away the monkeys gathered there and made them stand on the nearby roofs with sticks so that the monkeys do not attack during the rescue. After this, the child trapped in the rope was safely taken out. Later, he was given milk etc. and freed. Sonu Sharma, Shashank Yadav, Jeetu, Shadab, Basant Kumar, Vijay Rajput were part of the team.
