According to the company’s regional manager Rajeev Kumar, the first flight will be at 9:35 am on August 10.
After one and a quarter hours, at 10:50 am, a 19-seater aircraft will reach Lucknow. Flight facility will be available three days a week. After getting permission from DGCA, HPCL company has also parked fuel tankers at the airport. Soon, construction of a fuel station will also begin for permanent availability of fuel.
You must reach the airport 40 minutes prior to the start
The base fare from Moradabad to Lucknow has been fixed at Rs 999. Passengers will be able to reach Lucknow, 350 km away, for approximately Rs 1300 including GST and other taxes. One has to reach the airport 40 minutes in advance. It takes at least five hours to reach Lucknow by train.
After the flight starts, the passenger will reach his destination in half the time including check-in etc. Airport Director Amarjeet said that the flight can start from August 10.
