On getting information about her fiance being married in Galshaheed area, the girl refused to marry. It is alleged that the fiance, angry over the break up of the relationship, entered the girlâs house and assaulted her family members. Broke the mobile and also threatened to kill him. In this case, on the complaint of the girl, Galshaheed police has registered a case against four people including her fiance.
The girl, resident of Galshaheed area, told the police that her family lives in Mumbai, but she has been living with her grandmother in Galshaheed since childhood. A few months ago, her relationship was fixed with Aman, a resident of Kisraul, Nagfani. Meanwhile, upon investigation it was found that Aman is married.
He wanted to marry the girl by deceiving her. His family is also complicit in this. On getting information about the reality of her fiance, the girl refused to marry. The fiance lost his temper after getting information about this matter. It is alleged that at around 1 oâclock on Saturday night, Aman reached the girlâs house with his three companions.
After entering the house, he had a scuffle with the girl. During this time his mobile was also broken. When they intervened, the attackers beat up the girlâs family members. The fiance threatened to kill the family. In this matter the girl lodged a complaint at Galshaheed police station. Police have registered a case against Aman, his associates Salman, Tannu alias Zeeshan and an unknown person in this matter.
Regarding this, Police Station Head Saurabh Tyagi says that the police is investigating the incident. Police will take action based on evidence.
Case filed against four for molestation and assault
Police have registered a report against four people for assaulting and molesting a woman resident of a village in Thakurdwara Kotwali. The woman resident of the village gave a complaint to the police and said that she was alone at home on the afternoon of October 4. Then Subhash and his son Piyush along with two unknown people entered inside his house.
Started teasing and abusing her. When he protested, they beat him badly. He was seriously injured by an attack on his head with a sharp weapon. Police have registered a report against all four accused. The injured woman has been given medical treatment in the government hospital.
Case against six including husband on charges of triple talaq
A married woman, resident of a village in Dilari police station area, gave a complaint to the police saying that she was married 10 years ago. Her husband and in-laws used to physically and mentally exploit her by demanding dowry of Rs 1 lakh and a motorcycle. Meanwhile, the victim gave birth to three children. The victim has accused her husband of assaulting her when she protested against sexual exploitation.
Brother-in-law has also been accused of rape. On complaint of rape, husband and sister-in-law beat her and threw her out of the house. The victim is living with her three children at her brotherâs place. One day the husband came to his in-laws house with his brother and gave triple talaq to the victim and left. Based on the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case against the accused husband and six in-laws.
