Who was Jagdish Raj Khurana?
Jagdish Raj Khurana was born in 1928 in Sargodha (now in Pakistan) in British India and belonged to a Punjabi family. You must have seen Jagdish Khurana mostly in Amitabh Bachchan’s films. He did about 200 films in his film career, out of which he appeared as a police inspector in 144 films.
Jagdish Raj also made a Guinness World Record for playing the role of a police officer in the maximum number of films. No actor has been able to break this record till now. Let us tell you, Jagdish Raj died in Mumbai on 28 July 2013 at the age of 85.
