In a case of assault in Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh, one party staged a high voltage drama to get a report registered against the other party. In the police station, the son tried to commit suicide by pouring petrol on himself and his mother. He alleged that his report was not being registered due to political pressure. The police personnel showed promptness. They were explained and a report was registered on the basis of the complaint.

Gautam Chauhan, a resident of Hathauravan village in Patiyali Kotwali area, had a fight with Raju Chauhan of the same village. Gautam says that he was going home on his bike late on Monday evening. Raju hit his bike. Raju and his six other companions beat him up. Due to this, he got injured.
Police was informed on UP 112. Police reached the spot. Gautam and his mother reached the police station to register a case against the accused. Gautam took a bottle of petrol with him. He created a ruckus and poured petrol on himself and later on his mother as well. He alleges that the police is not registering a case against the accused due to political pressure.
The policemen showed promptness and tried to convince him. A report was filed on his complaint. Superintendent of Police Aparna Rajat Kaushik said that a case is already registered against Gautam. He has done this to get a report filed against the opponent. At present, the police is investigating after filing the report.
