Ingredients to make Vada Pav
Pav – 8
Garlic Chutney – as needed
Boiled potatoes – 5-6
Green chili chopped – 2 tsp
Grated ginger – 2 tsp
Curry leaves – 1 tbsp
Rai – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Roasted coriander – 1 tsp
Green coriander leaves chopped – 2 tbsp
salt – as per taste

to make solution
Gram flour – 3 cups
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Baking soda – 1 tsp
Oil – for frying
salt – a pinch

How to make Vada Pav
To make Tasty Vada Pav, first boil the potatoes, peel off the potatoes and cut them in a utensil and mash them well. Now put 2 spoons of oil in a pan and heat it. After the oil is hot, add mustard seeds to it and then add coriander, grated ginger, chopped green chilies and curry leaves and fry for some time. After this add turmeric and mashed potatoes to the pan and mix with the help of a spoon.

After roasting the Mishram for some time, add salt as per taste and finely chopped coriander leaves. Now cook the mixture for 1-2 minutes, then turn off the gas and keep the mixture aside to cool. Now take a deep bottom vessel and put gram flour in it. Add turmeric and a pinch of salt to it and prepare a solution of medium thickness by adding water little by little. Now put soda in the solution and mix it well.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it. While the oil is heating, take the potato stuffing and make small balls out of it. Now dip each ball in gram flour batter and then put it in the pan for frying. When the vadas turn golden brown, take them out of the pan. Similarly prepare all the vadas. Now take a pav and apply garlic chutney on it and place a hot vada. It can be served with fried green chillies.
