Button mushroom – 250 grams
Onion chopped – 2
Tomato chopped – 1
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Rai – 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Oil – 2-3 tsp
salt – as per taste

How to make Mushroom Fry
If you want to make mushroom fry for lunch or dinner, first clean the button mushrooms thoroughly by adding salt and then cut the mushrooms and keep them in a bowl. Now cut finely pieces of onion and tomato. After this, put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, put mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds in it and let them crackle for a few seconds.

When the spices start to crackle, add finely chopped onion and fry till the color of the onion turns light golden. After this add finely chopped tomato, ginger-garlic paste and fry it. After frying for 1 minute, add red chili powder, coriander powder and other dry spices and mix. Cook it till the tomatoes become completely soft.

When the tomatoes become very soft, add chopped mushrooms to it and mix well with a spoon. After this let the vegetable cook.
