In Muzaffarpur, a quack doctor in Bahadurpur village of Bariyarpur OP area of Sakra police station area cut off the urethra of a woman who had come for a uterus operation. After the operation, the condition of the woman started deteriorating. Doctors advised to take the woman out. The family hurriedly admitted him to a private hospital in Samastipur. The condition of the woman remains critical.
Please inform that the victim woman is the wife of Deepak Sahni, a resident of Bhagwatpur Musrigharari in Samastipur district. The said quack doctor was treating the woman for about three months. Meanwhile, the doctor suggested the operation of the woman’s uterus to the relatives and said that without the operation, there would be no relief from the pain, nor would the disease be cured. The relatives got ready and got the operation done. Seeing the deteriorating condition of the patient after the operation, the relatives became furious and started abusing the hospital staff and doctors. On which the doctors advised to show the patient woman outside and said that we will make arrangements for the immediate expenses that will be incurred.
The family took the woman to a private hospital in Samastipur and got her admitted. There it was found that the quack had cut the urine pipe of the woman. When the turn of the expenditure came, the accused quack doctor retracted from his words and started evading his chase. After this, when the family members reached to meet the doctor, the doctor and his personnel started fighting.
Jholachhap did not accept the decision of the panchayat
The victim’s mother approached the local sarpanch Rakesh Rai with a complaint. Panchayat was held at the local level on last Saturday. It was decided in the panchayat that all the care of the said woman would be the responsibility of the quack doctor and the expenses would also be borne by the doctor. Jholachap doctor was annoyed by this, he refused to accept this. Its victim’s mother Devanti Devi filed an application against the said private nursing home operator and doctor and other personnel in Bariarpur OP police station.
Bariarpur OP Police Station President Sub Inspector Chandni Kumari Sawariya said that the police is probing the matter. The victim’s family has been asked to provide all related documents. Along with this, the said nursing home has been closed immediately. The mobile switch off of the operator and doctor of the nursing home is coming. Further action will be taken after investigation.
