MWC 3rd Day Highlights: The world’s biggest tech event has been going on for the last three days in Barcelona, a famous city in Spain. The name of this event is Mobile World Congress i.e. MWC 2024. This event has started from 26th February and it is going to continue till 29th February. Every day in this event, leading tech companies from all over the world are launching products with many special and innovative technologies.
In our previous articles, we had told you about the special products launched on the first two days, now we are going to tell you the highlights of the third day. Although, many special tech products have been launched on the third day of this event, but we will tell about those top products which have attracted the most attention of the users.
Ameca, the Humanoid Robot
Etisalat, the telecommunications company of the United Arab Emirates i.e. UAE, has presented one of the most incredible things at the Mobile World Congress 2024. This UAE company has introduced a humanoid robot, named Ameca. It has been made by a British company Engineered Arts. This humanoid robot is the scariest and funniest thing in this mega tech event this time. Ameka’s expressions, manner of talking, or other styles are very similar to real people. It answers questions in a humorous manner. The company has powered its smart conversation skills by GPT-4.
The Unbreakable screen protector
On the third day of the Mobile World Congress 2024 event, an unbreakable screen protector was also seen. A company named Danish introduced this glass, whose name is Panzer Glass. The company demonstrated this special screen protector on a phone and claimed that it will not be broken by any hammer, knife, sharp object or any other daily used object.
TECNO Pocket Go
Techno has introduced many special products in this time’s Mobile World Congress. Even on the third day of the event, the company introduced an amazing gaming device, named TECNO Pocket Go. It comes with a pair of AR Glasses and a gaming device. The company claims that the experience of playing games on their device by wearing these glasses is next level.
POCO F5 Pro
Poco has also introduced one of its smartphones in this event, named Poco F5 Pro. The company has introduced this phone in two colors: white and black. A glass cover has been provided in the back of this phone, whose edges have a curved design. Because of this, it becomes easier to hold the phone in hands, hold it and strengthen the grip. This phone has a 6.67 inch AMOLED display, whose resolution is 3200 x 1440 pixels. The peak brightness of this phone is 1400 nits and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset has been used in it for the processor. There is a triple camera module at the back of this phone, which comes with a camera setup of 64MP+8MP+2MP. This phone runs on Xiaomi’s latest software Hyper OS.
HTC Vive VR Gaming
HTC Vive has presented a fun little demo of location-based entertainment for many users at MWC 2024, through which the company demonstrated the capabilities of its VR headsets. It offers a free-roaming VR gaming experience. In this demo, HTC Vive gathered about 8 people and gave them VR headsets and gaming rifles to fight with zombies and demonstrated the capabilities of its VR in gaming.
