Many social organizations are also coming forward regarding this, who are now trying to free these children from child labor and bring them towards education. Kuldeep Yadav said that there has been a huge decline in child labor in Nagaur in the last two years. There were 30 cases in the year 2021, in which 39 children were freed from child labour. At the same time, in 2022, only half of its figures are being seen. In the year 2022, 11 cases were filed and 15 children were freed from child labor and handed over to the Child Welfare Committee of Nagaur.
Getting child labor done will not be a burden
If you get any child below 16 years of age to work, legal action will be taken against you. Action will be taken under section 374 of IPC. On the other hand, the second provision is that action will be taken under sections 75 and 79 under the Juvenile Justice Care Protection Act. In which there is a provision of 3 years in jail and a fine of up to Rs 1 lakh.
Apart from local, children from outside do child labor in Nagaur
During the investigation of a case in Nagaur, it was found that in addition to Nagaur, children from Nepal and Bihar are coming here and doing child labour. He was freed from there and handed over to the Child Welfare Committee.
