PM Modi: Regarding Ayushman Bharat Yojana, a few weeks ago, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had said that now the benefits of Ayushman Yojana will also be given to the elderly aged 70 years and above. For which Ayushman cards have also started being made, but now Narendra Modi has apologized to the people of Delhi and Bengal and said that I will not be able to serve the people of these two states. Actually, the governments of Delhi and West Bengal are keeping themselves away from the Government of India’s plan to give Ayushman cards to people above 70 years of age, due to which the people there will not be able to get the benefits of this scheme.
Prime Minister Modi apologized
Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Ayushman Bharat scheme for people aged 70 years and above on Tuesday i.e. Dhanteras and 9th Ayurveda Day. But the very next moment PM Modi apologized to the people of Delhi and Bengal and said that I will not be able to help you. Narendra Modi said that due to political interests, Delhi and Bengal have refused to implement it, and they are creating trouble in it. Let us tell you that under Ayushman Bharat Scheme, all people aged 70 years and above will be given free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh.
Now people above 70 years of age can get free treatment
Let us tell you that under the Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Yojana, now the elderly people of India aged 70 years and above will also be able to get the benefits of the scheme. New cards will be issued to them by the government. If the family of elders aged 70 years or above is already taking benefits under Ayushman Scheme. Then the elderly will be given a separate cover of up to ₹ 500000.

PM Modi had announced in April
