National Creators Award News: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday gave ‘National Creators Award’ to 23 people at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The Government of India has started this award for those creating content on social media. Among the award winners, there is one name which is creating curiosity in everyone’s mind. Yes, this is the name of Andrew Hicks.
Although Andrew Hicks is an American, he has been given this award for creating better content in India. He has received the ‘Best International Creators’ award. After receiving this award, Hicks expressed gratitude and said that he wants to make people happy and India proud with his work.

Apart from Hindi and Maithili, Andrew is also proficient in Bhojpuri and he makes short videos in all three for Instagram and YouTube. All his videos go viral rapidly on social media. Lived in UP and Bihar in childhood
PM Narendra Modi When asked about his interest in Hindi and Bhojpuri languages, Hicks said that he spent a lot of time in Varanasi during his childhood days when his father was studying at Banaras Hindu University. Hicks said that his father was also associated with the business of Mithila painting in Patna, due to which he got the opportunity to live in the capital of Bihar for some time.
‘I don’t feel like living in America’
Hicks told that after childhood, I went back to America, but I did not feel like America. I felt that I had to return home soon, so I came to India again. Now there is a constant flow of people coming and going from India to America and from America to India.
