Vegetarians and vegans eat everything they need to get their B12.

Beetroot is rich in iron, folate and antioxidants. Which is beneficial to overcome the deficiency of hemoglobin. Drinking beetroot juice or adding beetroot to salad, soup or smoothie overcomes iron deficiency. Red blood cells are also produced. Apart from this, beetroot fulfills the deficiency of nitrate in the body. And can improve the flow of oxygen. Which helps in increasing hemoglobin count.
Drink plenty of water and also eat such fruits which will keep the body hydrated. Like eat cucumber, watermelon and oranges in your diet. Also avoid drinking caffeine and alcohol as it can cause dehydration.
