Ingredients required to make Makhana Paratha-
– 1 cup makhana (coarsely ground)
– 2 boiled potatoes
– 1 teaspoon rock salt
– 1 teaspoon green chilli (finely chopped)
– 1 teaspoon coriander leaves (finely chopped)

Method of preparation-
First of all dry roast the Makhana and grind it coarsely. Now take boiled potatoes in a vessel and mash it well. Now add ground makhana, mashed potatoes, green chillies, rock salt and coriander leaves in a vessel and knead the dough with it.

If the dough is becoming too hard then add some water or curd to it and make a soft dough. Now keep the dough covered for 5-10 minutes. Now make small balls of the dough and heat the pan.

Roll out the dough gently and make a paratha, put it on the pan, apply ghee on both the sides and cook till it turns golden. When the paratha is ready, serve it with curd or fasting chutney.
