Director Mohammad Naeem told that most of the doctors of Medical College i.e. KGMU ask the patients whose bones become weak to drink this. A large number of patients from the medical college come to drink this soup. He told that the biggest reason for this is that paya soup contains elements like calcium, protein, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, manganese and vitamin D. This soup contains a mixture of meat and bones. That is why drinking it strengthens the bones by supplying these nutrients along with calcium to the body. Besides, your teeth can also become very strong.
