In Bihar’s Nawada, fearless miscreants once again tried to target a Mahadalit Mukhiya. Here, fearless miscreants opened fire on Mahadalit Mukhiya of Nardiganj Panchayat and JDU leader Ranvijay Paswan who was travelling in an XUV car. After this, an atmosphere of chaos prevailed on the spot. In this firing, his cousin Rajbali Paswan who was travelling in the Mukhiya’s XUV car got shot in the arm. At the same time, the attackers also completely damaged the Mukhiya’s car. The Mukhiya narrowly escaped in this incident.
According to the information, the firing incident is said to have taken place near the brick kiln located in Dalalpur village of Nardiganj police station area of the district. Rajbali Paswan, injured in the firing, was hurriedly admitted to Sadar Hospital with the help of local people, where doctors referred him to Pavapuri Beams for better treatment. Rajbali Paswan, who was injured in the firing, is a resident of Nai Sarai of Bihar Sharif.
The victim, Nardiganj Panchayat Mukhiya Ranvijay Paswan, said that he was returning to his village with his cousin in his XUV car at 11 pm. Then four miscreants opened fire near the Dalalpur brick kiln in Dalalpur village of the police station area, in which my cousin who was with me got shot. The victim Mukhiya has accused Mukesh Singh, Tuntun Singh, Arvind Singh and Vicky Singh, residents of Padpa village of Nardiganj police station area, of firing.
It is being told that due to old enmity, continuous firing was done on the Mukhiya who was travelling in a car. However, Nardiganj Panchayat Mukhiya Ranvijay Paswan narrowly escaped in this firing. The Mukhiya said that his cousin brother Rajbali Paswan has been injured in this firing, whose treatment is going on with the doctor. Currently, on receiving the information of the incident, the Nardiganj police station has reached the spot and is investigating the matter.
It is noteworthy that on the late night of 13th June, fearless criminals shot the head of Mahadalit Mukhiya Pappu Manjhi of Budhauli Panchayat of Pakribarawa police station area of the district and killed him for not becoming a bonded Mukhiya. It has been successfully solved by Nawada Police. Mahadalit leaders of Nawada have expressed deep sorrow over the firing on two Mahadalit Mukhiyas within a week in Nawada.
Former district president of Bhim Army Kamlesh Rana and Chandan Chaudhary said that is it a crime to be a Mahadalit Mukhiya? Why were two Mukhiyas shot at in Nawada within a week? One Mukhiya Pappu Manjhi was killed. The other Mukhiya narrowly escaped, but his cousin brother was injured. They have demanded the security of Mukhiya Ranvijay Paswan by investigating the incident and taking appropriate action from the higher officials.
