Commission decided to investigate

Vikas Mankatla called Archana Gautam a low caste person in Wednesday’s episode of the reality show Bigg Boss. As per the Indian Panel Code, the NCSC said that this is clearly an offense punishable under the SC/ST Act and the commission has decided to investigate the matter under Article 338 of the Constitution of India.
