The city and centre-wise NEET-UG scores released by the National Testing Agency showed that there are 10 centres in Haryana and 8 in Kerala where more than 5% of the candidates scored more than 650 out of 720. This ratio is three times higher than the national average of 1.3%. While all such centres in Kerala are in Kottayam, a famous coaching hub, in Haryana they are from 8 cities.

2321 students scored 700 or more marks
According to media reports, a total of more than 23 lakh students appeared in the NEET UG 2024 exam, out of which 2321 students scored 700 or more marks. The students were spread across 1404 centers across the country and abroad. These centers are located in 276 cities in 25 states and union territories. Candidates ranked one to 100 in the NEET exam are spread across 56 cities and 95 centers.
Lucknow has 35 candidates who scored 700 or more marks in the NEET exam. Lucknow is followed by Kolkata where 27 candidates have scored more than 700 marks. While the candidates who scored 700 to 720 marks in the NEET UG 2023 exam were spread across 116 cities and 310 centers.
The agency released the re-result
The agency had declared the centre-wise and city-wise results of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET-UG) on the instructions of the Supreme Court. Investigation is going on regarding irregularities in the NEET UG exam. The matter is also being heard in the Supreme Court.
