A new revelation has come to light in the case of murder of uncle and nephew on Diwali night in Farsh Bazar area of Shahdara, New Delhi. During initial investigation, the police found out that there were half a dozen criminal cases registered against the deceased Akash Sharma, including attempt to murder. He had also been in jail for three years in a gang rape case. There is also a matter regarding betting. Elder brother Yogesh also has cases registered against him for assault and intimidation. The police is interrogating the minor accused regarding the transaction. At the same time, the family members say that they had lent money to the accused and when he asked for the money back, the accused got Akash killed with the help of a shooter.
Police sources say that due to his criminal background, Akash had enmity with many people. In such a situation, it is also believed that some miscreant may have got Akash murdered using his distant nephew. The minor told during interrogation that he had come in contact with the shooter through Instagram. The true reasons for the murder will be revealed only after the shooter is arrested.

During interrogation, the accused minor has claimed that the deceased Akash Sharma had asked him to do a work. On completion of which he had promised to give him Rs 70 thousand, but later refused to give the money. He wanted to take revenge from them for not getting the money. He talked to his friends to murder Akash and carried out the incident through a shooter. Police are searching for the shooter.
