Ingredients to make Paneer Tikka
Paneer cubes – 2 cups
Chopped capsicum – 1 cup
Onion chopped – 1 cup
Curd thick – 2 cups
Gram flour – 2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Butter – 2 tbsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1/4 tsp
Kasuri methi – 1/4 tsp
Lemon – 1/2 tsp
Mustard oil – 2 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Paneer Tikka Recipe
To make Paneer Tikka, first take paneer and cut it into square shape. After this, cut capsicum, onion also in the shape of a cube. After this, put curd in a big mixing bowl and whisk it well. When the curd becomes smooth, add roasted gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, cumin powder and all dry spices except turmeric and mix well. Now mix lemon juice, sugar and salt as per taste in it.

Now put mustard oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, add turmeric powder to it. Now add this hot oil to the spice mixture and mix well. Now add capsicum and onion to it and coat it well. Then add paneer cubes and mix. Now cover the bowl and leave the cheese and vegetables to marinate in the fridge for 4 hours.

If you are making Paneer Tikka in the oven, preheat it at 200 degree Celsius for 5-6 minutes. Now take a thin iron stick and grease it with oil. Now add marinated paneer, capsicum, onion and adjust it. After this apply butter all around the tikka. After this, keep the tikka in the oven for 10 minutes to bake. Flip them in between.
Paneer Tikka has to be baked till it gets cooked well and turns golden. After this, take out the paneer tikka from the oven and keep it in a plate. Tasty restaurant-like paneer tikka is ready. Sprinkle chaat masala over it and serve hot.
