Ingredients to make Veg Manchurian Rice
for Manchurian
Corn flour – 1/4 cup
Maida – 1/4 cup
Shredded Cabbage – 2 cups
Carrot grated – 1
Spring onion – 3-4 tbsp
Onion finely chopped – 1/2
Ginger-garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Chili Sauce – 1 tbsp
oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

for fried rice
Cooked rice – 3 cups
Spring onion – 2 tbsp
Corn flour batter – 1/4 cup
Chili sauce – 1/2 tbsp
Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
Vinegar – 2 tbsp
Shredded Cabbage – 1/4 Rs
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Capsicum chopped – 1/2
Onion finely chopped – 1/2
Garlic – 2
Ginger chopped – 1 inch piece
Oil – 2 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Veg Manchurian Rice Recipe
To make Veg Manchurian Rice, first start the process of making Manchurian balls. For this, add cabbage, spring onion, finely chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, carrot, chili sauce and half a teaspoon of salt in a big mixing bowl and mix all the ingredients well. Now add refined flour and corn flour to it and mix well to make a soft dough. After this grease your hands with oil and prepare small balls from the dough.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, put the balls in the oil and deep fry them. Deep fry them till golden brown and crisp. After this, take out the Manchurian balls in a plate and keep them aside.

Now start the exercise of making fried rice. First of all take a pan and put 2 tbsp oil in it and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add ginger, chopped garlic, green chillies and spring onions and fry them. Mix finely chopped onion, capsicum and carrot in it and cook for some time. Stir fry the vegetables without overcooking them. Now add vinegar, chili sauce, soya sauce and salt as per taste.

After this, prepare a solution from 1/4 cup corn flour. For this, mix 1 teaspoon of corn flour in 1/4 cup of water. When the vegetables are cooked well, add cabbage and Manchurian balls to it. Stir fry them until the Manchurian balls mix well with the sauce. Then add cooked rice and black pepper powder to it and mix. Finally garnish with spring onions and then enjoy Veg Manchurian Rice.
