Gujarat News: A shocking case has come to light from Surat city of Gujarat. In which a 15-year-old mother threw her newborn child from a two-storey building as soon as she gave birth, due to which the child died. The police investigated and took the mother into custody.
Police officials said that preliminary investigation has revealed that the victim girl had a physical relationship with a 20-year-old youth due to which she became pregnant and after giving birth to the child, she threw the new born child out of the window which caused the death of the new born. Died immediately.
What was the matter?
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone-4) Sagar Bagmar said that on Monday (December 12) morning in Magdalla area of the city, people saw a newborn baby lying on the road in an injured condition. The child was declared dead by the doctors. Investigation revealed that the newborn was thrown from a building and the same was confirmed in the CCTV footage.

The Deputy Commissioner of Police said that after questioning the local people, the police traced the girl, who told the police that she threw the child out of the building soon after giving birth in the early hours of Monday. Taking legal action against the girl, the police had registered a case under section 315 of the Indian Penal Code.
Giving a statement in this regard, the Deputy Commissioner of Police said that legal action will be taken against the 20-year-old youth in this regard. The police inspector told that we talked to the girl and she also confessed. She told us that a friend living nearby established physical relations with her when she was alone. We have taken the minor girl to the hospital for treatment but she has not been taken into custody yet as her condition is still critical.
