Have been setting up shop for 10 years
There are many major places in Farrukhabad where Bhelpuri is sold every day, including Kamalganj, Mohammadabad, Fatehgarh, Kampil and Farrukhabad city. Ankit, a shopkeeper at Kamalganj Railway Road in Farrukhabad, says that he has been setting up a Bhelpuri shop here for the last 10 years. He prepares the spices by grinding them by hand. As soon as he sets up his shop in the morning, there is a crowd of customers.
Up to 300 plates are sold
At such a time when the sales are good, 200 to 300 plates of Bhelpuri are sold daily. At the same time, good sales take place according to the season. At such a time, he earns 2 to 3 thousand rupees daily. There is also a saving of 50 to 60 thousand rupees in a month.
Know the recipe for making special papdi
Bhelpuri is prepared with green vegetables and hot lahiya and namkeen. A mixture is made by mixing vegetables, in which green vegetables are added as salad along with lemon and spicy tadka. Later, curd is used, which enhances its taste.
To prepare Bhelpuri, first of all boiled potatoes, gram, onion, tomato and green chilly along with coriander, lemon, black salt, cumin, red chilly, jaljira and tomato along with ground special spices and 12 types of namkeen are used.
