This study found that people who eat plant-based foods have less vitamin B-12. In the analysis of eating patterns, researchers found that people who eat plant-based foods have good amounts of protein, calcium, folate and vitamin C. On the other hand, people who eat non-vegetarian food like meat and fish have more carbohydrates, sodium, riboflavin, iron and vitamin B12.
