Pushpa Yadav of the group said that the women’s groups of Bihaan are making moonga badi. The method of making it was told that first of all the moonga is plucked from the tree. After that the moonga is washed, then the moonga is cut in the middle and then the middle part is removed by rubbing. Later, to make badi, urad dal is soaked in water overnight.

After that the lentils are ground and mixed well. Grated moong is mixed well in it. After that the urad dal mixed with this moong is made into small balls like lai badi on a cloth in para and then dried in the sun. After drying, its vegetable can be made and eaten.

It is very beneficial for women
Explaining the benefits of Moonga Badi, Pushpa says that anyone can eat this Badi. This Moonga Badi is beneficial for everyone but it is more beneficial for women who have small children. They get a lot of benefits from it. The price of this Moonga Badi is 400 to 500 rupees in the market.
