Fresh curd – 2 cups
Mawa (roasted) – 1/2 cup
Dry fruits – 1 tbsp
Green cardamom – 2
sugar – as per taste

How to make Mawa Lassi
To make flavourful mawa lassi, first take fresh mawa and put it in a pan and roast it while stirring on low flame. Fry the mawa for about 1-2 minutes so that its color becomes light brown. After this, turn off the gas and take out the mawa in a vessel. Now put curd in the mixer jar. Add roasted mawa, green cardamom and dry fruits to it. Now blend everything well.

Blend all the ingredients until the lassi becomes smooth. It may take up to 2 minutes for this to happen. After this, open the lid of the mixer jar and transfer the lassi to a big vessel. If you want to enjoy cold lassi, then keep the lassi in the refrigerator for about half an hour, so that the mawa lassi will cool down properly.
