He has been given permission by the Rajasthan Government to set up his stall in Dilli Haat. Here you will get to eat every single dish of Rajasthan. The special thing is that from the worker who cooks the food to the owner all are from Rajasthan and they get all the spices from Rajasthan only. Their stall’s plate is very famous, in which there are 13 types of dishes, in which you will find Dal Baati Churma, Mixi Roti, Bajre Ki Roti, Moong Dal Halwa, Besan Ki Sabzi, Raita, Kadhi Pakora, Ker Sangre, Rice, Garlic Ki. Chutney, pickles are available to eat. Talking about the cost of this thali, it is 400 rupees.
