He told that his place’s special Chicken Dum Biryani (Rs 125), Mutton Dum Biryani (Rs 150) and fish items are very much liked. Desi flavor comes from stewing, and bamboo is used for this. After making Biryani, it is covered in bamboo and then it is kept in coal fire. This gives Biryani a unique and special taste.
