Laddu Mukhiya further tells that right now he is planting makhana plants in the fields. It will be ready in two to three months.

Makhana is extracted by beating the black grains
25 to 30 thousand have been spent in one by one farming. When it is ready, an income of 50 rupees is expected. Laddu Mukhiya tells that Makhana seeds are bought from outside. Then it is planted. Bunds are made on all sides of the fields so that water is retained in it. This will reduce water consumption. When this crop is ready, then the water will be taken out. That means the black seeds of Makhana are taken out from the field. Then it is brought home and first roasted and then beaten with hands to make lava. That means Makhana comes out and the black cover gets separated.
