Panchnan, the owner of the shop, told Local 18 that he has been running this shop for the last 3 months. There are two special varieties of Vada Pav available at his shop. The first of these is a simple Vada Pav which costs Rs 20. The second is a cheese special Vada Pav which costs Rs 30, in which cheese slices are given separately.
The journey of Vada Pav: Inspiration from YouTube
Panchanan said that he got the idea of selling Vada Pav from YouTube. He saw how people are becoming famous by selling Vada Pav and gathering crowds at their stalls. With this inspiration, he decided to start his stall in Bokaro. He built this stall at a cost of Rs 80,000 and also learned to make Vada Pav from the videos he watched on YouTube.

Panchanan told about the process of making Vada Pav that first butter is applied on the bread and it is heated on the pan. After this sweet and green chutney is applied. Then almond churna, boondi churna and vada are added on top and it is heated again on the pan. This delicious Vada Pav is now being sold successfully with a daily consumption of 150 to 200 pieces.
