Anastasia Oberoi, daughter of the legendary hotelier late PRS Oberoi, has filed a case in the Delhi High Court against her brother Vikramjit Oberoi, sister Natasha Oberoi and cousin Arjun Oberoi. In her suit, she alleged that Vikramjit and Arjun, in conspiracy with the executors appointed by her late father, were attempting to obstruct the execution of his will.

On 12th September 2024, a bench of Justice Naveen Chawla of the Delhi High Court after a detailed hearing passed an interim order in favour of Anastasia Oberoi along with other plaintiffs to protect the subject matter of the suit. The court ordered an injunction in respect of the shares held by PRS Oberoi and to protect Anastasia and her mother’s continued possession of their family home.

Passing the interim order, Justice Chawla said, sufficient material has been placed on record by the plaintiffs (Anastasia Oberoi and others) to demonstrate the prima facie reliability of the Will and Codicil of the testator proposed by them.
