ODI World Cup 2023, Pakistan Team Food Menu: The ICC ODI World Cup 2023 will start from October 5 with the match between defending champions England and New Zealand. All the teams have reached India to participate in this biggest event of cricket, which also includes Pakistan team. After getting the Indian visa, the Pakistan team reached Hyderabad directly. The team’s food menu was also revealed which did not include beef.
According to PTI news, the menu of food that will be given to the Pakistan cricket team during the World Cup 2023 in India includes chicken, mutton and fish. Apart from this, the team’s diet chart includes grilled lamb chops, mutton curry and butter chicken and grilled fish. For carbohydrates, the culinary team has included boiled Basmati rice, Spaghetti Bolangese sauce and Vegetarian Pulao. The Pak team will also get Hyderabad’s famous biryani as an option.
Before the start of the ODI World Cup, the Pakistan team will also get a chance to play two practice matches, one against New Zealand on September 29 and the other against Australia on October 3. The Pakistan team will start its World Cup campaign against the Netherlands team on the same ground on 6th October.
Beef was not included in the menu of any team
Beef has not been included in the food menu of all the teams that have come to India to play the World Cup. In such a situation, players will have to depend on food items other than chicken and mutton to get the amount of protein. The biggest reason for not including beef is that beef is banned in many states of India.
