What did the DMK leader say?
Krishnamurthy had said, “If the governor refuses to take Ambedkar’s name in his speech in the assembly, don’t I have the right to attack him? If you (the governor) don’t read the speech given by the Tamil Nadu government If you are then go to Kashmir, we will send terrorists so that they shoot you.”

Omar Abdullah described Krishnamurthy’s statement as a ‘danger’ and the party led by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin as a ‘friend’. Expressing displeasure over the DMK leader’s statement, Omar Abdullah wrote on Twitter that, “We do not expect DMK’s friends to threaten to go to Kashmir.”
Complaints given against Krishnamurthy
In Tamil Nadu, both the Raj Bhavan and the Bharatiya Janata Party have filed separate police complaints demanding action against Krishnamurthy.
